2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
*Directions
On medium heat in a sauce pan, heat your heavy cream, butter, and cream cheese. Once ingredients start to melt, whisk to combine. Then add minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth and combined, then add your Pecorino Romano cheese and combine again. Let your sauce come to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes so it can thicken up some.
